I’ve been teaching yoga since 2012 and my favourite part of this profession is to be of service to others. In this day and age, there isn’t much of time and space where we can literally stop, pause and listen to our own body… but that’s what we need more than ever.
Through yoga practices, you get to know yourself better and my intention is to hold space where you can contemplate on your own journey and find your own way to inner peace.
I’m here to empower you by learning tools of self-care, kindness, and caring for others.
In addition to my love of yoga, I also practice meditation and energy work (access bars), love cooking and dancing.
MYO-YIN WITH REIKU
Myo-yin is the combination of myofascial release (self massage technique using tennis balls/massage balls) and yin yoga (static, long-held yoga).
Our bodies hold many many things physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally. Sometimes we don’t realise how much tensions and stresses we are holding in our body!
Myo-Yin practice invites you to learn how to release tensions, how to allow yourself to soften, and de-stress your body as a whole.
