An intensely satisfying blend that cools, calms and cuts cravings. Cinnamon, spearmint and the antioxidants in hibiscus have been shown to balance the hormones involved in PCOS. 


Hibiscus will also keeping your skin glowing, digestion balanced, liver detoxifying and immune system strong. Best suited as an iced tea enjoyed in the afternoon sun. 






Therapeutic use: 2L iced tea daily.

For enjoyment: 1-2 cup daily steeped for 10 minutes

Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of freshly boiled water for 10 minutes and enjoy in your favourite mug any time of day.

Thyme: An earthy herb with anti-microbial properties that help fight against microorganism, thyme has been found to be effective in destroying pathogenic bacteria and viruses. It is also an antitussive (reduces coughing by suppressing the cough reflex) and an expectorant which promotes the clearing of the mucus from the respiratory tract.


Licorice: A herb used for its anti-inflammatory properties as well as a demulcent to soothe and protect the mucous membrane in both respiratory and gastrointestinal tract. It also works as a spasmolytic (relaxes overactive muscles and reduces spasms) and an expectorant.


Chamomile: A floral herb with carminative properties that calms the gut, reduces smooth muscle spasm of the digestive tract and relieves flatulence. Chamomile also contains anti-inflammatory and relaxant compounds which calms the nervous system, relieves nervous tension, pain, muscular spasm and aids sleep. 


Ginger: A pantry staple and a dried root herb filled with anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Ginger has been found to help fight against, and inhibit the growth, of various bacterias, viruses, fungus and parasites. It is also hypoglycemic (helping balance blood sugar) and has immunomodulation properties which help regulate immune function.


Hyssop: An evergreen garden herb of the mint family, this plant has a sweet scent and a warm, subtly bitter finish. It contains carminative properties which has spasmolytic compounds to relax overactive smooth muscles and reduce spasms. It also works as an expectorant (promotes clearing of the mucus from the lung and throat) and has antimicrobial properties. 


Green tea: This fragrant tea is widely used and often enjoyed on its own but we’ve added a hint of it in this blend for its incredible medicinal effects including antimicrobial properties - to fight against, and inhibit, the growth of bacteria and viruses, as well as antioxidant properties which helps protect cells from damage by neutralising free radicals and preventing oxidative damage to cells could lead to a variety of diseases (including diabetes, heart disease, inflammation and contribute to aging).
